peterbulgar I actually find the stock bars to be OK, but I'd like something just a little taller. The stock bars have a 1 1/2" rise and are 31" wide. The Lucky Dave Riser bar is 29" wide with a 3" rise, although they are out of stock at the moment. DK Customs sells 1" risers that fit under the handlebar clamp. I think that with either setup I'd be OK with the stock cables and brake line. Anyone else do something like this? Thoughts?

VVoltz For the people with Tracker bars, did you use the stock brake and clutch cables?
I will probably temporary change mine for a long trip but I do not want to do a permanent swap of my cables if I don’t need to

Jonnyutah my 2 cents on the peg position, in town the mids are ok, not great. I absolutely hate forward controls! What I do once on the back roads or highways, is rest my feet on the passenger pegs. I find that very comfortable for longer rides.

Hi there, did you end up sticking with the trackers? Thinking about getting the same ones. Any issues with slipping due to the lack of knurling?

Orion I picked up my Harley Drag Bar, bar end mirrors and Biltwell grips from the dealership on Friday. A few hours yesterday and a fair amount of sweat later I had it all together. There are some things to note however.

1. The bars are way shorter and that means the brake line had to be unclamped from the forks.
2. For the bar end mirrors to work they have to be installed in the bar. It does not allow the throttle Sleeve to move freely if it is not seated in all the way. This means the end of the throttle sleeve and the grip had to be trimmed off to allow it to do so.
3. Having the right hand controls pushed all the way in for bar end mirrors makes the brake caliper touch the edge of the forks. This is a potential concern for me as I am sure it will chip off paint.

All in all I love the look. This is a temporary set up until I can afford clip ons and move my mid controls back.

Do you have any pics of yours?
I don't think I ever took any. I had them on and off pretty fast. They also gave me a sticky throttle, I adjusted the crap out of everything and couldn't get it to go away. Once I put the Biltwell Motos on, it went away.
