Inexpensive Fairing??

Hello,

I'm hoping there are some options for fairings for the Roadster that are not in excess of $200 or $300+ as that seems outrageously overpriced in my honest opinion.

There are numerous cheap fairings on ebay for a standard Sportster Iron for less that $40ish. Has anyone mounted one of the cheaper fairings on their Roadster, or made their own brackets to fit?

Thanks for replying, hoping to get some more traffic on this post. I'd love to figure out how to install a Cafe Racer type fairing to go along with the theme I have on my bike. I've seen some fairings in Japan made out of aluminum and other places in Europe, but again...hundreds of dollars for those seem outrageous in my opinion. I'd really like to see a more modestly priced fairing solution.

For $40-50 its going to be a universal, one size fits most, plastic/fiberglass, sort of fits model. They're out there, but expect to have to fabricate your own brackets and do some paint and putty work to make it look passable on your $10K bike.

You're best bet is to search the forums and classified for a used one someone bought and doesnt want anymore.
