I've been researching for weeks, anyone have any input on some bags? Also looking for a good sissy bar. I'd prefer one with a pad for the girlfriend

I went with the SW Motech Legend bags. Twisted Throttle carry them. Not huge, but decent storage. I also looked at the Merlin Brayton Panniers - Revzilla.

Installed my SW-Motech bags. They are canvas, water resistant, but come with covers for downpours. They are a roll top design, similar to a kayak dry bag. Left is 13.5 liters, right is 9.8 liters. They install and come off very easily, but do not lock. With a seat bag, just enough storage for my three day camping trips. Not sure why uploading the photos causes them to rotate. Sorry about that...

Those as motechs look neat, they sell the mounts I guess? As far as a sissybar I swapped the signal stalks from regular sporty and use the 1 piece detachable from HD.

Yes, the mount is bike specific and it fits the Roadster perfectly. The only hassle is that one of the bolts is the shock mount and you need to get the weight off the rear suspension to install the mount.
